Our novice classes provide you with the fundamentals and getting you familiar with basic mobility, stretching skills and drills. In these classes you can learn a strong base of technique and competency.
Experience classes primarily focus on developing to an advanced level, to enhance your speed and strength using powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, training and gymnastic centered movements.

STAXYOGA is on a mission to provide quality, crave-able Vinyasa and Deep Stretch yoga to the greater Charlotte health and fitness community. Through a variety of styles, convenient class times, gorgeous studio spaces and passionate teachers; STAXYOGA strives to make yoga accessible to everyone. In an effort to make each student feel welcome, our beautiful studios are equipped with spa-like amenities and 50 minute class times enabling students to squeeze yoga into their busy days. These creative, sweat inducing vinyasa flow classes are performed in a heated room and focus on building physical and mental strength through a challenging incorporation of movement, breath and stillness. These yin-inspired classes focuses on the deep release of joints and tissues in the body. Poses are supported with blocks, straps and bolsters to encourage meditative stillness and release. This low intensity unwinding of the body in a lightly warmed room makes the class ideal for athletes and students looking to recover from high intensity workouts or overall body soreness. This class is open to all levels and will leave you feeling lighter and relaxed.

The STAX Fundamentals program is geared towards those with little or no prior
CrossFit experience . Our program consists of three hour long classes, which we
recommend you take in order, although we will do our best to accommodate any
conflicts you may have in your schedule.

Devon has been part of the CrossFit community for the past six years. He has always been interested in physical fitness. Starting at a young age, football and wrestling were his passion. However, it wasn't until Devon found CrossFit that he knew he had discovered his niche.
Emily Breeze is one of the top personal trainers in the country and has competed at the highest level of fitness during the CrossFit games. Her programming centers around your individual goals mixed with creativity to push you past your comfort zone. Emily has recently been featured in US Weekly, Cosmopolitan, Shape, Self, Business Insider, People, Fox News, Yahoo Sports, Vice, and the Today show.
Kyle is a L1 Crossfit Coach, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and personal trainer. Kyle is a lifelong athlete; from playing sports since childhood to getting into powerlifting and weightlifting in high school, he has over 10 years of experience in strength training and and sports training.
Tyree began CrossFit in January 2015 after many years of weightlifting. Weightlifting helped prepare Tyree for middle school football and loved the preparation that was involved just as much as the sport itself. Exercise has become such a large part of Tyree’s life; he is currently pursuing his degree in Exercise Science at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Athletics have been prominent throughout Stephani’s life. A Maryland native, she moved to North Carolina to attend Mars Hill University, where she played collegiate softball.
Erika is an L1 Crossfit Coach, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and Personal Trainer. She has been a CrossFit athlete since 2012, and has 5+ years of experience in weight training and holistic nutrition. She emphasizes the importance of fueling your body with the right nutrition to optimize performance and fitness goals.
