STAX Total Body class is a total body workout for women who want to be taken to their edge through constant varied intense body weight movements. Our women's only program provides a non-threatening and welcoming environment for women of all fitness levels, experience, and age.

This isn't a CrossFit class - no heavy lifting or intimidation, just inspiration, motivation, and a constantly developing community for female athletes.
