STAX Charlotte has a very talented and experienced team of coaches who are available for private training sessions.
Your sessions will begin with a full assessments of your movement patterns, range of motion and mobility analysis as well as a discussion about your health and fitness goals and objectives. Your coach will then develop a customized training program specifically designed to help you obtain those goals.
Private sessions can also be booked to work on skills and technique. Strength specific, mobility, and programming consultation are also options for private training sessions.
