Kyle Auckland

Kyle is a L1 Crossfit Coach, Certified Holistic Health Coach, and personal trainer. He is also completing his Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification. Kyle is a lifelong athlete; from playing sports since childhood to getting into powerlifting and weightlifting in high school, he has over 10 years of experience in strength training and and sports training. He specializes in functional bodybuilding, CrossFit, and helping his athletes build pure strength. His style of training helps his clients move well and look good.
